Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standard, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Responsibilities
Supporting and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive cover & revenue. Managing social media and digital campaigns, creating promotional content, and coordinating events to showcase F&B offerings. Analyzing market trends, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. Collaborating with internal teams and providing support to the Marketing Communications team in daily tasks. Being flexible in job function and reasonable duties, including redeployment to other departments or areas if required. Qualifications
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, or Marketing Communications. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position within the Food & Beverage industry. Previous experience in independent outlet restaurants is an advantage. Strong leadership and business acumen. Excellent English communication skills, strong guest‑service mindset, and people‑management and development skills.
