Help to develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Participate in managing paid and organic digital strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop engaging campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads & Google Analytics. Proven track record of driving measurable results (lead generation, e-commerce growth, or brand awareness). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SEO, social media advertising, and other digital channels is a plus. Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification preferred.
