Aftermarket Sales & Customer Experience Specialist
who takes pride in building trust, guiding customers through protection options, and ensuring a seamless ownership experience from delivery forward.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands the value of follow-through, and wants to grow within a respected, award-winning dealership group.
What You’ll Do
Own and coordinate all
aftermarket sales activities
within the dealership
Serve as a key ambassador for the
customer experience
after the vehicle sale
Present and sell
vehicle protection products and accessories
in a consultative, customer-focused way
Clearly explain
protection packages, benefits, and product guarantees
Work directly with customers
in person, by phone, and online
Process aftermarket orders and accurately document customer purchases
Support customers after delivery with questions, follow-up, and scheduling assistance
Collaborate closely with the
Finance team
to assist with documentation and workflow
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
customer service or hospitality-driven roles
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
Excellent organization and follow-through
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Automotive experience is a plus, but
not required
