We are seeking a Scientific Content Marketing Manager to help shape how EpiCypher’s epigenetic technologies are communicated to the global research community. This role bridges deep scientific expertise with strategic marketing, translating complex chromatin biology and genomics into clear, compelling, and accurate content across digital, campaign, and go-to-market channels. The Scientific Content Marketing Manager will lead scientific messaging, product positioning, and cross-functional alignment—working closely with R&D, Applications, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a consistent, credible voice that drives customer engagement and product adoption.

Position Responsibilities Scientific Communication & Content Strategy

Translate complex science and market insights into strategic messaging that guides campaigns, launches, and customer engagement.

Develop scientific content across digital, print, and campaign channels.

Elevate EpiCypher's thought leadership through compelling storytelling of real-world product applications.

Market & Product Positioning

Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and customer segments.

Conduct customer and market research to inform messaging and strategy.

Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to assist in shaping long‑term marketing direction.

Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Leadership

Drive cross-functional alignment for product launches

Lead lifecycle marketing efforts for launch through adoption.

Partner with Sales, Product Applications, R&D, and design teams.

Develop sales enablement tools and messaging frameworks.

Gather customer insights, testimonials, and feedback.

Support customer education through webinars and training materials.

Credentials and Experience

Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, other life science, or equivalent relevant background.

Minimum two or more years scientific writing experience and strong background in chromatin biology or genomics preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience developing scientific content for diverse audiences is required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide decisions.

Proficiency in design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Canva; PowerPoint; Premiere), or willingness to master them quickly, is strongly desired.

Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Workflowy, ClickUp), digital marketing and social tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and website CMS (WordPress) is a plus.
