About the Company Elgon Cabinets and Doors is a specialized cabinetry and door manufacturing division of Cipro Contractors. We design, manufacture, and install
custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, interior doors, and built-ins
for homeowners, developers, and remodeling contractors across Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region.
As part of Cipro Contractors, we operate with in-house production, field installation teams, and a steady pipeline of residential and light commercial projects.
Position Overview Join Our Team as a Kitchen Cabinets Sales Representative We are seeking a
commission-driven sales professional
to represent Elgon Cabinets and Doors. This role is ideal for a closer who understands construction or home improvement sales and is motivated by performance-based earnings rather than hourly pay.
You will work with
warm and inbound leads , conduct consultations, and close cabinetry and door projects from initial meeting to signed contract.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site and showroom consultations with homeowners and contractors
Present cabinetry and door solutions, pricing, and timelines clearly
Close sales and manage follow-ups through the decision process
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
Maintain accurate customer communication and sales notes
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (construction, remodeling, cabinets, or doors preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and organized
Reliable transportation for local travel
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Compensation Structure
Commission-based pay with no cap
Performance bonuses
based on volume and consistency
High performers can realistically earn
$80,000–$150,000+ annually , depending on activity and close rate.
