With significant growth potential in the South Florida market, they are seeking a high-level Sales Executive to drive business development and expand their market presence.
Position Summary Our client is actively seeking an experienced, high-level Sales Executive to join their Florida team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven track record in the restoration or related industries. The ideal candidate will bring an established book of business, demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, and thrive in a performance-driven environment where compensation reflects results.
Key Responsibilities
Actively market and develop business within assigned territories: Pembroke Pines and Dania Beach
Build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, property managers, commercial accounts, and other key referral sources
Generate new revenue through consultative selling and account development
Leverage existing book of business while expanding market share in the South Florida restoration market
Collaborate with marketing team and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Participate in networking events, industry associations, and community engagement activities
Report to Market Manager and work closely with C-Suite leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications Required:
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries
Established book of business and strong network of industry contacts
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
Experience in the restoration or construction industry
Knowledge of South Florida market and established relationships with insurance carriers and TPAs
Experience selling water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, or reconstruction services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Compensation & Benefits This is a high-earning opportunity with compensation structured to reward performance. We offer a competitive package tailored to the individual's experience and existing book of business.
Compensation Structure:
Base salary (competitive and negotiable based on experience)
Uncapped commission structure tied to sales performance and revenue generated
Compensation is flexible and dependent on candidate's experience, track record, and existing book of business
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
