Survey real sites. Draft real plans. Help build real backyards. We are seeking a full‑time Landscape Designer / Surveyor to support our Bellevue design team. This hybrid role blends in‑field site surveying with technical drafting and base map creation. Skills & Preferred Requirements
Expert‑level proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong skills in take‑offs, estimating, and quantity verification
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Landscape design and horticulture experience preferred
Experience with permitting processes, submittals, or jurisdictional requirements is a plus
Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar preferred
1 years with a design‑build landscape company preferred
3D modeling experience is a plus (D5, Lumion, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.)
In‑field survey experience preferred
Prior leadership experience or team coordination is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in cold or inclement weather
Strong communication, independence, and problem‑solving skills
Primary Responsibilities
Conducting in‑field site surveys
Generating accurate base maps in AutoCAD
Supporting design drafting and technical documentation
Performing accurate take‑offs and preliminary estimating
Working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Growing accuracy, speed, and critical thinking as responsibilities evolve
Compensation & Benefits $56,000 — $75,000/year DOE Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401(k)
