What You’ll Be Doing: Fueled by our marketing engine, you’ll be the first point of contact for a steady stream of engineers, designers, and innovators who are reaching out with projects in hand. Most of your day will be spent responding quickly to these inbound requests—guiding customers through quoting, ordering, and delivery with speed and clarity. You’ll also stay in touch with a list of existing clients, helping them move their projects forward and strengthening long‑term relationships. While the role is primarily focused on fast‑moving inbound opportunities, there’s room to be proactive with the right customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to inbound emails and calls with speed and accuracy
Sending fast, accurate quotes based on customer specs
Answering product, pricing, and turnaround time questions
Following up on active quotes and converting them to orders
Keeping your pipeline organized in our CRM system
Working with internal teams to make sure jobs flow smoothly through production
Meeting goals for response time, order volume, and customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the Table: We’re not looking for manufacturing experts—we’ll train you. We’re looking for:
1+ year of experience in sales, account management, customer support, or call center roles
Excellent communication skills—confident on the phone and clear over email
Strong organization and follow‑up habits
A positive attitude and coachability
Thrives on real‑time problem‑solving and loves jumping into brainstorming sessions to find practical solutions.
It’s a plus if you’ve worked with customers in technical, manufacturing, or high‑speed service settings

Total compensation package of $55,000–$85,000 USD/year (this range is comprised of base + performance bonus, depending on experience)
