Element Recruitment are partnering with a leading construction company in Avonmouth who are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to support their sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a key role that helps drive sales performance by providing accurate administration, excellent customer service, and effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the sales team

Preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts

Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

Processing orders and coordinating with internal departments

Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

Producing reports, forecasts, and sales documentation

Supporting sales meetings and presentations

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures

About You

Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Comfortable working with CRM systems (desirable)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

A proactive and team-focused approach
