Responsibilities

Engage absentee homeowners across San Diego, including short-term and long-term rental owners

Identify motivated sellers impacted by shifting rental regulations and market conditions

Initiate and manage seller conversations focused on timing, motivation, and value

Schedule and conduct listing consultations with qualified absentee owners

Educate sellers on current market conditions and pricing strategy

Follow up consistently using team provided lead systems and CRM tools

Manage and update a seller-focused database with accuracy

Apply proven scripts and processes to convert conversations into listings

Collaborate with team leadership on strategy and execution

Guide sellers through the full listing and sale process from start to close

Qualifications

A real estate license is required in order to earn commissions and work with clients
