About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager / Sales Manager to lead the sale of technology hardware solutions to new and existing customers. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored hardware solutions that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, experience selling technology hardware, and a proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with key clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

Sell technology hardware solutions (e.g., servers, networking equipment, end-user devices, peripherals, or related infrastructure) to SMB and enterprise customers

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hardware solutions aligned with their business needs

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale support

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

Collaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records

Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging hardware technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology hardware

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of technology hardware products and solutions

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

$80,000 - $120,000 a year

Salary range reflects base pay, there is also opportunity for commission on top of the salary.
