ARROWHEAD DESIGNS is a full-service architecture and landscape design firm working in concert with Arrowhead Building Company to deliver modern design solutions with a focus on materiality, performance, and artful detailing. We are looking for a talented architectural designer / project manager / project architect to join our growing studio.
Our current projects range from new construction homes to mid century modern renovations to commercial upfit. Our focus is on custom, modern architecture in balance with quality and innovative, green building techniques.
Architectural designers will be expected to meaningfully contribute to design studies, graphic production, and documentation across all project phases. In addition to office design work, the position offers ample opportunity for on-site field observation and construction administration.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school
Extensive experience in Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
Design sensibility and interest in residential architectural design
Interest in Design / Build workflow and hands‑on construction administration experience. This role will work closely with the Arrowhead building construction team.
Exceptional time management and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast paced studio environment and move quickly between tasks / roles
5+ year work experience is preferred but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply
Registered / Licensed Architect not required but considered a plus
Comfortable with Adobe Suite, Revit, and SketchUp
