About us We are an innovative MedTech startup using AI to transform infertility treatment (IVF). We build solutions that genuinely support both patients and clinics. The role We are looking for a Business Developer to help build MIM Fertility’s presence in the United States — through research, validation, relationship-building, and operational activities. The ideal candidate can: Independently analyze the market and translate insights into concrete, priority-aligned actions Move smoothly between research, operations, and collaboration with clinics Key responsibilities Building relationships with clinics, patients, and business partners in the US Conducting market research and validating our offering Developing insights and recommending strategic actions Overseeing documentation (e.g., NDAs, contracts) in cooperation with the legal team Coordinating work with external partners (clinics, consultants, legal teams) Working conditions Hybrid work model with flexible hours aligned to US time zones Willingness to travel for business (US and Europe) What we’re looking for (skills & experience) Experience in business development, research, or market expansion — ideally in MedTech/HealthTech/Fertility Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with diverse partners (scientists, physicians) A “Can Do” attitude and proactive mindset Business maturity Nice to have Familiarity with the US market Technical or STEM education What we offer Growth opportunities toward Senior Business Developer, Market Expansion Lead, or an ownership role for the US market (depending on performance and ambitions) High autonomy combined with a supportive team environment Compensation under an employment contract (UoP): 10,000–15,000 PLN gross Equal Opportunity Employment
