Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (onsite)

Order Entry / Customer Service Representative . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with warehouse and shipping teams, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service—especially during the busy holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders through
ShipStation
and
SAGE ERP
Provide responsive customer service via email, phone, and ticketing systems
Track order statuses and shipping details to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain data and freight rate tracking in
Google Sheets
and
Excel
Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in
Customer Service or Order Entry , ideally in
consumer goods or e-commerce
Experience working onsite with shipping or warehouse teams
Proficiency with
ShipStation ,
SAGE ,
Google Sheets , and
Excel
preferred
Tech‑minded, SOP‑driven, and organized with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills; confident speaking up to solve problems
Knowledge of freight rates a plus
Additional Details:
Busy season runs
November through December
May work occasional Saturdays (with advance notice)

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
