Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their needs
Present and demonstrate new and pre‑owned vehicles with confidence and professionalism
Explain product features, benefits, and available options clearly
Build lasting relationships and follow up with prospective and current customers
Learn and follow the full sales process, including handling objections and closing sales
Report daily activity and progress to Sales Management
What We’re Looking For:
No previous automotive experience required!
Energetic, outgoing, and confident with a strong work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for customer service and helping others
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
