Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to lead an established outpatient family medicine clinic located near San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise and administrative leadership, with a strong commitment to community health and team development. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor providers, and ensure compliance with clinical standards while maintaining a part-time patient panel.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the medical staff
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to all patients
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on clinic operations and strategic planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain a part-time clinical practice

Schedule Details:

Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule. No nights or weekends required.

Certifications Needed:

Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of California

DEA certification

Willing to License:

No - Active California license or in process required
