Job Description - Managing Applications Consultant - Pega LSA )
Responsibilities
- Lead system architect responsibilities include knowledge of all aspects of Pega, including enterprise application design, environment choices (cloud or on-premise), artificial intelligence and robotics, and DevOps.
- Oversee one or more development teams to quickly implement Pega technology and guide the creation of scalable solutions that perform well and deliver a great user experience.
- Translate functional requirements to Pega features and functionality; participate in design reviews and ensure best practices are disseminated for solution positioning and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices and manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).
- Consulting or client service delivery experience with a focus on delivering high-value enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to define technology roadmaps and strategic planning; partner with business teams to deliver value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 20+ years leading, designing and delivering enterprise application solutions and driving digital transformation across diverse industries; minimum 15+ years in BPM/Pega as technology.
- Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience.
- LSA level 2 certified; Pega 8 readiness.
- Ability to integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems; architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Pega.
- Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with IT leadership in defining technology roadmaps, strategic planning, and partnering with business teams.
- Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore); optimize solutions by performing detailed code and design reviews.
- Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality; disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices; possess consulting or client service delivery experience.
- Education: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certification: SE level 2 with goal of level 3.
- Should be proficient in Package Configuration and have experience in Architecture Knowledge, Testing and Vendor Management.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
