Key Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds for over 1,000 users.
- Design and implement technical solutions using standard Salesforce features and custom code.
- Optimize data models and flows to meet evolving business needs.
- Create custom applications, objects, flows, and UIs of moderate to advanced complexity.
- Evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Manage development requests using APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with developers on refinement, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Monitor system health, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and oversee data integrations.
- Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce Developer experience
- Experience with API integrations (MuleSoft a plus)
- Hands‑on experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and communication skills to understand and articulate requirements
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple requests, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Proactive, creative, analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams (Zoom, Slack, email)
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption
- Experience handling large data sets and implementing bulkification best practices
Preferred Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Financial Service Cloud
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Omnistudio capabilities
- Background in green energy, financial services, mortgage, or payment solutions
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Agentforce, Salesforce
