Executive Director, Finance & FP&A – Global Leasing
JLL is currently seeking an Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the strategic FP&A function for our Global Leasing organization. This executive role will drive enterprise-wide financial performance management, advanced analytics, and strategic decision support while overseeing multiple regional FP&A teams. The position requires exceptional leadership capabilities to influence C‑suite decisions, lead major transformation initiatives, and establish JLL as an industry leader in financial excellence and innovation. The position includes overseeing and providing strategic support for EMEA and APAC leadership teams. Base pay range
$210,000 – $270,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global financial strategies that align with JLL's enterprise objectives while partnering with C‑suite executives on major business decisions and market expansion opportunities.
- Oversee multi‑regional FP&A teams to establish world‑class performance management frameworks, ensuring consistent delivery of quarterly, annual, and strategic financial commitments across all geographic markets.
- Lead implementation of advanced predictive analytics and next‑generation financial systems that leverage automation and AI to drive decision‑making excellence and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor high‑performing finance leaders across multiple time zones, establishing centers of excellence that drive best practice sharing and capability development throughout the global organization.
- Champion major transformation projects that enhance analytical capabilities while serving as primary financial advisor to regional business leaders and cross‑functional leadership forums.
- Drive enterprise‑wide initiatives to strengthen financial reporting capabilities and governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity while enabling rapid, informed decision‑making processes.
- Represent Global Leasing finance organization in strategic enterprise initiatives while managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with demonstrated success leading large, complex finance organizations with multi‑regional scope and enterprise‑level impact.
- Executive‑level experience in public companies with proven track record of delivering results in high‑growth, performance‑driven environments and direct accountability for P&L management.
- Successful leadership experience managing through significant organizational change, including M&A integration, digital transformation, and operational scaling initiatives.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent) with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in finance and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with C‑suite executives, with superior executive presence, communication capabilities, and experience in matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, predictive analytics, and enterprise‑level system implementations with measurable business impact.
- Experience with capital allocation decisions and leveraging advanced financial technologies, data analytics, and automation to drive performance improvements and competitive advantage.
