Join us as a Senior Client Partner at Snap Inc. Snap Inc. is a technology company focused on empowering people to express themselves and connect through its products, including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue for Snap by addressing business challenges with clients and partner agencies.
  • Offer strategic media solutions using the vertical playbook, establishing campaign goals, learning agendas, buying models, and golden rules.
  • Act as the business owner for the partnership among client senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal and client cross‑functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Define approaches for specific territories or regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data.
  • Balance priorities between innovation, learning agendas, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure clients receive high‑level sales and operational customer service.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Measure account growth and performance with metrics, provide reports, and recommend enhancements.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Own planning and development of all senior client meeting agendas, including materials, participants, and key actions.
  • Update clients on Snapchat products and developments, and educate them and agencies on best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
  • Strong track record of engaging and partnering with C‑Level executives.
  • Deep knowledge of self‑serve platforms, auctions, and biddable digital advertising buying.
  • Proven performance in winning the support of key stakeholders.
  • Existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and agencies.
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and the challenge of building something from the ground up.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The starting pay is based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions and may be negotiated within the salary range. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $142,000 – $214,000 annually.
  • Zone B: $135,000 – $203,000 annually.
  • Zone C: $121,000 – $182,000 annually.

This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program and may receive equity in the form of RSUs.
