About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director with strong expertise in wealth management, banking operations, and card products (credit/debit/prepaid). The ideal candidate will drive financial strategy, oversee wealth portfolios, optimize banking and card product performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with executive leadership to shape long‑term financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Wealth Management
- Oversee high‑value client portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
- Lead wealth strategy development across investments, estate planning, insurance, and tax optimization.
- Analyze financial markets and recommend portfolio adjustments aligned with client goals.
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to C‑level leadership.
- Supervise and mentor finance teams across wealth, banking, and card verticals.
