The Role

As the Managing Director and Executive Coach, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management. This high‑impact role requires enhancing operational efficiency, guiding growth, and maintaining the company’s market leadership.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead coaching teams are essential. A hands‑on approach and a people‑centric leadership style, with a focus on fostering innovation and engagement, are key to success in this role.
