We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer imections and treatments as prescri
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate召栠in profesionl development oportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Assist with hands‑on patient care as needed to support team
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Behavioral Health
