Hermitage Hall is a residential treatment facility that focuses on the needs of young people who've experienced severe trauma and are exhibiting reactive behaviors as a result. Our facility provides specialized treatment to residents during this crucial time, offering targeted care from a staff of therapists, psychiatrists, clinicians and more, who are trained to work with this sensitive population.

Opportunity Details:

• Full Time or Part Time options
• Employed or Independent Contractor options
• On‑site service preferred
• Residential Treatment Setting
• Child/Adolescent Patient population, ages 8‑17

• Medical Director 75% + Clinical duties 25%

Compensation/Benefits (if Employed):

• Base Compensation
• Signing Bonus negotiable

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• TN Medical License, or ability to obtain
