We are currently working with a growing, entrepreneurial wealth management platform seeking a Director of Investments to join its leadership team. This is a senior-level opportunity with broad responsibility across trading, investment operations, research, and advisor-facing initiatives.
This role is well-suited for a growth-minded investment professional who has experience scaling and managing investment platforms within a mid-sized RIA environment and enjoys building and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all trading functions, investment research, and billing/audit operations
- Manage equity SMA strategies, options overlay programs, and firm-wide asset allocation
- Partner closely with advisors and clients, providing investment insight and thought leadership
- Drive innovation across internal systems and contribute to the expansion of proprietary investment programs
Ideal Background
- Senior investment leadership experience within an RIA or wealth management platform
- Proven ability to manage multi-strategy investment programs and investment operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Compensation
- Base salary up to $220,000 plus bonus
