Responsibilities

  • Architect UX solutions for complex customer challenges, focusing on non-technical GTM users managing AI/human workflows.
  • Lead user research and testing to deeply understand customer needs and inform product decisions.
  • Define quantitative success criteria for products across multiple dimensions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and refine the product roadmap.
  • Operate autonomously while aligning with the technical vision and product goals.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in AI applications to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to a culture of sustainable innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and grow the Product Design team (Director role only).

Qualifications

  • Director of Product Design
  • 8+ years of product design experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep interest in the emerging landscape of AI-native products.
  • Strong understanding of product design methodologies, modern tooling, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
  • Ability to thrive in early-stage, agile environments and manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Optional programming experience beneficial.
  • Lead Product Designer
  • 6+ years of product design experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI-native product landscapes.
  • Strong grasp of product design methodologies and modern design tools.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proven ability to define solutions in early-stage, agile environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Optional programming experience beneficial.

Location & Work Schedule

  • Hybrid work environment: 3 days per week in downtown Manhattan office, option for remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
