Role Overview

The Global Infrastructure and Reliability Senior Director is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and optimization of the company’s physical assets and infrastructure. This position reports to the VP of Global Operations and is part of the IDT Operations team located in either Boulder, CO or Coralville, IA and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role

  • Provide strategic leadership regarding global infrastructure and system reliability
  • Provide leadership for large‑scale projects
  • Provide oversight and direction related to global reliability, infrastructure services, site optimization and related responsibilities

The Essential Requirements Of The Job

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Prefer 15+ years of experience in global operations, infrastructure, or reliability leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing large‑scale projects and multi‑site operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities with experience managing diverse global teams.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership team to develop and execute infrastructure and site optimization and successful project execution.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • This role will require travel up to 50% of the time depending on the needs of the business.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $225,000 to $270,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
