The role
Navigator Medicines is building an immunology-first biotech focused on advancing best-in-class therapies for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including OX40L combination approaches. As Director, Clinical Supply, you will lead end-to-end clinical supply chain activities supporting Phase 1–3 clinical trials. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a small, fast‑growing biotech environment, responsible for ensuring uninterrupted availability of investigational product while building scalable supply capabilities to support pipeline growth.
The problems you’ll work on
- Ensuring continuous, compliant supply of investigational product across Phase 1–3 clinical trials
- Translating clinical development plans into accurate forecasting, supply strategies, and inventory management
- Managing and coordinating CMOs, packaging, labeling, depot, and logistics vendors across global trials
- Identifying clinical supply risks early and implementing mitigation strategies in a resource‑lean environment
- Navigating GxP and global regulatory requirements while maintaining operational speed and flexibility
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Clinical Operations, CMC, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance to align timelines and priorities

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in clinical supply, CMC, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven experience supporting Phase 1–3 clinical trials
- Strong vendor, CMO, packaging, and logistics management experience
- Working knowledge of GxP and global regulatory requirements
- Experience in small or emerging biotech environments preferred
- Strong judgment, organizational skills, and ability to operate in ambiguity
