We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Director of Revenue Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that align financial planning, revenue reporting, sales strategy, and commission operations. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business execution and is ideal for a leader who can translate strategy into scalable operational outcomes.

About You — Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, accounting, sales operations, or a closely related function
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years supporting or leading finance systems initiatives
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar platforms
  • Background supporting B2B revenue or sales organizations, sales operations, or go-to-market functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, sales, IT, and executive leadership
  • Proven ability to analyze data, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Experience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics to support revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and operational priorities
  • Translate go-to-market and revenue effectiveness initiatives into actionable system, data, process, and reporting roadmaps
  • Lead system upgrade and enhancement initiatives across ERP, accounting platforms, CRM, reporting tools, and commission systems
  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with finance, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure systems align with business needs
  • Drive automation and system enhancements to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and commission reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales and finance workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions
  • Oversee data migration and system integrations across finance and enterprise platforms
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls during system changes
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and change-management resources to support end users
