Enterprise Solutioning Director

* Preference will be given to candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Burlington, VT.* This leadership role will require 3 days/week in the office, if located within 25 miles of a Cox Automotive location.* Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field* Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports* Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency* Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes* Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure* Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills* Automotive experience* Consulting experienceCox brings together the world’s greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
