Overview
TheNiceville Housing Authority (NHA) located in the City of Niceville, Florida isseeking an experienced housing professional for the position of ExecutiveDirector. This person will direct all of the operations of an agency with 111units of Conventional Public Housing/Multi-Family Housing/RAD (RentalAssistance Demonstration) Conversion and answer to a five-member Board ofCommissioners.
Qualifications
Requirementsinclude a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, or Finance, or BusinessAdministration or five (5) years of experience in the field(s) stated above.This person would be expected to achieve any certification(s) needed as theprogram changes from Public Housing to RAD/Multi-Family Housing and/or TaxCredit Properties.
Compensation
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Niceville Housing Authority offers excellent benefits.
