What You’ll Do

As our Nursing Home Administrator, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compassionate care, teamwork, and compliance with all state and federal standards. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to an interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Oversee budgets, quality goals, and daily operations
• Build trust and open communication with residents, families, and staff
• Encourage professional development and collaboration throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Colorado Nursing Home Administrator License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Integrity, compassion, and a desire to grow in the healthcare field
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff
