Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Miami, FL, for the position of Director of New Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and preparing proposals. You will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.

  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and strategy creation
  • Strong relationship‑building and client management skills
  • Experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities
  • Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and proposal preparation
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the energy, sustainability, or renewable energy sectors is a strong advantage
