Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team!

  • 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • 18‑20 patients a day.
  • Superb in‑house subspecialty support. Magnet hospital – rarely need to transfer a patient out!
  • In the top bar ‘Academic Opportunity’, we should change it from NO to YES.
  • Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine at Phoenix.
  • Collaborative and cohesive hospitalist team with near 100% retention rate and exponential growth.
  • Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities.
  • Very competitive AMGA compensation model includes base salary + wRVU productivity incentive + quality incentive.
  • Paid malpractice, generous annual CME stipend, excellent benefit package.
  • Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivists; ventilator management, procedures, running codes not required.

Job Requirements

  • MD or DO degree.
  • BC/BE Internal Medicine.
  • Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure.
  • Completed ACGME residency training with current ABMS board certification.
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
  • Is a team‑oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care while serving the poor and underprivileged.
