Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team!
- 180 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- 18‑20 patients a day.
- Superb in‑house subspecialty support. Magnet hospital – rarely need to transfer a patient out!
- In the top bar ‘Academic Opportunity’, we should change it from NO to YES.
- Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine at Phoenix.
- Collaborative and cohesive hospitalist team with near 100% retention rate and exponential growth.
- Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities.
- Very competitive AMGA compensation model includes base salary + wRVU productivity incentive + quality incentive.
- Paid malpractice, generous annual CME stipend, excellent benefit package.
- Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivists; ventilator management, procedures, running codes not required.
Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- BC/BE Internal Medicine.
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure.
- Completed ACGME residency training with current ABMS board certification.
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
- Is a team‑oriented provider that is passionate about providing quality care while serving the poor and underprivileged.
