Role Overview
We are seeking a clinically strong Psychiatrist with interest in high dynamic work environment to serve as Medical Director for our Rockville office. This role is designed for a physician who can assume day-to-day clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance responsibilities, allowing the founder to expand operations to our Frederick location. There is a very strong room for growth in this role both clinically and financially.
The Medical Director will function as the lead psychiatrist on site, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting and supervising advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Serve as the clinical lead for the Rockville office
- Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff
- Oversee clinical quality, documentation standards, and patient safety
- Support neuromodulation services (TMS, ketamine/esketamine) as appropriate- Extensive Training will be provided
- Participate in treatment planning, case consultations, and clinical decision-making
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and best practices
- Act as the primary physician presence for referrals, staff, and administrative leadership

Qualifications
- MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Maryland medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry is a plus, but we encourage new grads to apply as well
- Leadership, supervisory, or Medical Director desire is preferred
- Comfort working with mid-level providers
- Experience or interest in neuromodulation (TMS/ketamine) strongly preferred - Extensive Training will be provided

Pay: From $325,000.00 per year
