About the Role:

As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you’ll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents’ recovery journeys.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top-quality care
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for optimal resident care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PT/PTA/OT/SLP (Required )
• Minimum 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting Required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development
