VPQHC is seeking a leader to advance our healthcare quality measurement and analytics portfolio. The Director will oversee healthcare quality metrics, data systems, and analytic reporting – translating complex data into usable insights that support improvement at both the organizational and statewide levels. The role works across Vermont’s healthcare system with hospitals, health centers, and state partners to inform decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and patient safety initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who values rigorous analysis, cross-sector collaboration, and mission-driven work. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in healthcare quality measurement (e.g., HEDIS, CMS, NCQA, NQF), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
