What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion.
- Credentials: ADC or CTRS certification A MUST!
- Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor.
- Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes.
