- Knowledge of hospital operating environment needed.
- Minimum of 7 years in healthcare sales, physician relations, network development, or business development.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, managed care/reimbursement, physician practice management, credentialing, recruitment, and governance.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and laws applicable to physician recruitment, planning and business development.

This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for driving provider engagement, deepening community partnerships, and expanding referral and redirection opportunities to support organizational growth. The Director will serve as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers, community stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, optimizing service line performance, and enhancing overall market position.
Salary range
$122,117k - $183,186k (Based on experience, education, certifications)
