What You'll Do

Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop cabinetry layouts and design concepts.

Create design plans and renderings using 2020 Design or AutoCAD.

Attend on-site meetings to gather measurements and project specifications.

Offer product knowledge on Wellborn, Samara, and HKM custom cabinetry lines.

Prepare detailed quotes and coordinate closely with project and shop managers for execution.

Maintain organized design documentation and participate in weekly project updates.

What We're Looking For

Experience in custom cabinetry or interior design (residential preferred).

Proficiency in 2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to translate client vision into design.

Professional, client-focused approach and collaborative mindset.

Reliable transportation andtheability to travel locally within 30 miles of Stockbridge, MA.

Bonus skill: Create shop drawings for cabinetry and millwork construction.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$40,000/year + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings details shared during hiring process)

Location:

Responsibilities

Consult, design and sell custom cabinetry to consumers

Use 2020 cabinet software to draw plans per dealer, contractor or direct customer's wishes

Revise drawings and work with clients until the approval process is complete

Maintain relationships within our dealer network through excellent customer service

Assist customers with cabinetry, countertop, and hardware selections

Qualifications

Degree in drafting or interior design

Drafting experience

Basic cabinet knowledge with the ability to learn our product and differences

Excellent work ethic, dependable, organized, self-motivated

Ability to work well with others and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Experience in outside sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of attention to detail and flexibility
