Purpose of the Role
The
Graphic Designer
(AI Visual Content Curator) supports our enterprise technology client's Content Team by
evaluating AI-generated PowerPoint presentations and slide edits . This role ensures that generated content meets high design standards by applying expert judgment, structured evaluation criteria, and detailed craftsmanship reviews. The position is ideal for a design-oriented professional passionate about elevating the quality of AI-generated visual content.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI presentation outputs using detailed aesthetic, design, and prompt-accuracy criteria. Assess craftsmanship, visual quality, layout, and creative standards across slides. Judge the relevance and execution of AI-generated content based on structured rubrics. Apply consistent interpretive standards as model guidelines evolve. Identify nuanced issues in model output and escalate as needed. Document findings, provide actionable feedback, and support model improvement loops. Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to refine evaluation criteria. Proactively communicate progress, issues, and trends to cross-functional partners. Performance Measurement
Quality, accuracy, and consistency of design evaluations. Sound decision-making and ability to justify assessment rationale. Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline. Experience
2-3+ years of experience in visual content curation, design assessment, or creative quality assurance. Professional background in design or creative curation, ideally within digital content or presentation environments. Experience applying structured evaluation or rubric-based review processes. Core Skills
Advanced visual design sensibilities, including mastery of layout, typography, imagery, iconography, and color theory. Effective
PowerPoint
skills, with proven ability to assess slide quality and best-practice design principles. Ability to deliver precise, objective evaluations using a structured approach. Comfort working with AI-generated content and identifying subtle quality issues. Exceptional communication skills and reliability in cross-team collaboration. Ability to adapt to evolving tools, guidelines, and AI model constraints. Candidate Requirements
Must demonstrate strong PowerPoint visual quality expertise. Must show understanding of design quality and AI-generated content considerations. Assessment Process
A 15-minute hard skills assessment involving three PowerPoint presentations. Candidates must rate each presentation and clearly articulate reasoning for each rating. Candidates should come prepared to discuss their approach and design judgment criteria.
