Lead Driver/Scheduler for Senior Retirement Community

In this role you will transport residents on scheduled trips and special events as well as monitor the condition of the vehicle and coordinate necessary maintenance as required. The Lead Bus Driver is responsible for transporting residents to scheduled outings, appointments, and special events while overseeing daily transportation operations. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for ride scheduling, confirmations, and communication with residents and staff. The Lead Bus Driver also provides guidance and support to additional drivers to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Key responsibilities include: Transportation & Resident Safety Leadership & Team Coordination Scheduling & Ride Coordination Vehicle Oversight & Maintenance Qualifications include: Experience driving a large vehicle such as a bus, van, or truck. Valid driver's license required to operate community vehicles. Safe driving record in accordance with Senior Lifestyle company policy. Ability to remain focused and drive safely without being easily distracted by passengers or external factors. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and patiently with residents. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. Must be at least 21 years of age.
