Sales Representative PuroClean | Emergency Property Restoration

The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow brand awareness, generate new business, and strengthen relationships within our assigned territory. This is a B2B, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, educating partners, and making a real impact during people's times of need. If you enjoy being out in the community, building long-term relationships, and representing a trusted brand, this role is for you. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) including agents, property managers, and commercial partners Promote PuroClean services through consultative, objective-to-objective marketing Develop and manage a Top 25 Client List, including Lunch & Learns and continued education opportunities Make 50 in-person sales and brand-awareness stops per week Secure leads through commercial properties, vendor lists, and new COI relationships Educate clients on why PuroClean is the restoration company of choice Promote safety standards, brand guidelines, and the One Team culture Represent PuroClean professionally at appointments, classes, and community events What We're Looking For Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in people and relationships Proven or strong aptitude for B2B, field-based sales Comfortable setting and running appointments, group presentations, and educational events Professional, organized, and self-motivated with integrity Ability to identify opportunities and create win-win outcomes Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision is paid by PuroClean.
