This is where our new Market Development Specialists play a vital role./ppWhat you will do as a Market Development Specialist:/pulliAcquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events/liliFocus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets/liliBuild a vast network of referral partners to help quickly engage prospective customers/liliDevelop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations and housing community groups within an assigned territory/liliSell Spectrums superior products at an exceptional value to customers/liliBe rewarded for achieving sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone and video sales/liliConnect with your team by participating in sales meetings and training/li/ulpWhile working in residential sales, expect to work outdoors rain or shine, days and nights, and to knock on many doors before closing a sale.
