Customer Support Representative
This position is for a customer support representative with a company located in Philadelphia, MS. A customer advocate who provides bank clients consistent, timely and accurate service while handling calls, questions and issues. Responsibilities and duties include taking and processing client calls related to debit/ATM cards, online banking (OLB), PhoneTeller, bill pay and iPhone/Android apps. Processing new OLB registration. Contacting clients that have a failed OLB enrollment to assist them in gaining access. Setting up clients on e-statements, Cash Stash accounts and e-Alerts. Handling any task that comes through Zen Desk. Resetting OLB passwords, PhoneTeller passwords and debit card PINs. Printing stop payments, unposted and NSF notices. Processing new debit/ATM card applications. Processing credit references and customer requests for reference numbers in regard to ACH and Sweep Accounts. Performing customer account research. Performing all job functions in compliance with the requirements of banking laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisory personnel. Education and qualifications include 3 - 12 months successful experience as a Customer Support Representative, Internet Banking Clerk or similar position. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and other PC applications. Exceptional customer service skills. High school diploma or higher.
