As the associate director, technology sales support, you will provide leadership and strategic vision to multiple related departments within the sales support domain. Your role involves ensuring that the teams deliver outstanding technical support and solutions that meet customer needs and drive the company's sales goals. You will be instrumental in setting departmental strategies, enhancing team performance, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Key tasks include providing strategic leadership and direction to multiple technical sales support teams, ensuring alignment of technical support activities with overall company objectives and sales targets, developing and implementing advanced technical training programs for staff development, collaborating with senior sales and product development leaders to create comprehensive support strategies, overseeing the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation and resources, leading the resolution of the most complex and critical technical issues, assessing departmental performance and implementing strategies for continuous improvement, driving innovation in technical support methodologies and tools, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and representing the technical sales support function in executive and interdepartmental meetings.
