Sales Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively reaching out to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. The role involves using company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing the sale. As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions while utilizing prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues. Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties. Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions that may require excavation or line replacement. Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses. Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary. Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience. Strong customer service orientation. High level of awareness and ability to articulate solutions effectively. Coachability and openness to feedback. Extreme ownership and sales discipline. Resilience and results-oriented mindset. Ability to learn on the fly and meet weekly goals. Drive and competitive fire. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in water restoration or excavation is beneficial. Ability to interface with insurance adjusters and homeowners. Proficiency in running sewer line cameras and removing toilets. No specific educational requirements, but certifications in water restoration are advantageous and supported by the company. Work Environment
This role, internally referred to as Field Supervisor for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams, covers San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County areas, including Monrovia and Duarte. Ideal candidates are based from San Clemente to San Bernardino, as proximity to customers is preferred. Team meetings occur weekly, though not always in person, with at least one on-site meeting per month. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, as these are peak times. Training is provided over 3-4 weeks, with both hands-on and office-based sessions. Company vehicles are provided for excavation roles, while personal vehicles are reimbursed for water roles at $0.725 per mile. The company supports obtaining a HIS License and relevant water restoration certifications within the first six months. Job Type & Location
