Benefits of a Full-time Dog Groomer/Senior Stylist: Tiered commission rate based on weekly sales, starting at 55% Health, Vision & Dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Flexible Schedule Weekly Paychecks Employee Discount What You'll Do: Groom and style pets per pet parent's requests and breed standards Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting grooming environment Work with store leadership to complete weekly paperwork and scheduling Provide support and recognition to salon team Ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all pets in your care Provide a positive experience to all neighbor (clients) What We're Looking For: Graduate of a grooming school OR 3+ years of professional grooming experience Proficiency in breed-standard cuts and grooming techniques Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds Work Schedule
