We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Burlington, Vermont. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle payments, returns, troubleshooting, and part orders with accuracy and efficiency. Promote and upsell extended warranties and maintenance services to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Utilize call center systems and tools to manage customer interactions effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve service delivery. Support remote customers by providing guidance and troubleshooting technical challenges. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the overall success of the team. Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr Increases to $18.75/hr after 6 months Increases to $20.25/hr after 9 months Commission bonus included as well as sales incentive goals. Typical commission bonuses average from $2-$4 dollars per hour. Requirements: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with Epic systems or similar software is highly desirable. Strong ability to upsell products and services to customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle payments, returns, and technical troubleshooting. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Flexibility regarding pre-employment requirements, with the ability to start pending clearance. Willingness to undergo a three-week training program to ensure success in the role.
