Retail Sales Representative

The Retail Sales Representative role is responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in the Pittsburg, PA territory. Key responsibilities include training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments. The Retail Sales Representative will manage account relationships and provide support for the full Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product line. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with enhanced multi-tasking abilities, and strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. you'll jump into a variety of projects, adapt on the fly, and take on new challenges as they come. Drive top-line sales across multiple product lines within your assigned territory. Take a strategic, opportunity-focused approach to calling on accounts and identifying meaningful growth opportunities. Lead engaging sales training sessions that highlight brand differentiators and support premium product growth. Build strong relationships with store associates and management to fully own and influence your territory. Ensure new and re-merchandised stores are set on schedule with the right displays, signage, pricing, and merchandising standards. Grow Pro Business by partnering with Retail Pro Associates and distributor sales teams, supporting focus stores, and participating in key retail Pro-Events. Support R&R revenue by developing and assisting Retail In-Home Sales Consultants. Manage travel and expenses responsibly while consistently meeting territory goals. Strengthen distributor partnerships to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape sales messaging, recommend new products, and support POP updates. Partner with Customer Service to resolve claims and recommend corrective actions. Monitor in-aisle stock and recommend adjustments that maximize sales. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed in our fast-moving environment. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred (not required). Sales experience preferred. Background in millwork or decking is a plus. Ability to travel overnight 25%40%. Field-based role requiring regular daily local travel. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Sales or Marketing (compensation aligned to scope). Understanding of the sales process and sales cycle. Strong client and customer relationship skills. Experience in building materials preferred. Familiarity with quality processes. Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $65,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
